All our e-Books come with free shipping included, since the e-Books are in digital format and are not physical items. Your e-Book will be available to download instantly after payment completion. A copy of your e-Book will also be delivered to your PayPal registered email address.

Please note that e-Books can also be sent on CD via postal delivery to your door for your convenience. This service carries an additional £2 charge to cover postage and packaging. Delivery time for this service is 2-3 working days.

Returns

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products being digital items we do not offer refunds for e-Books unless it is clearly stated in the e-Book description. Rest-Assured, however, that we are a UK Registered Limited Company (Spruzz Ltd) and we treat all our customers fairly and uniquely.
